Sonia Caldwell, President
Sonia is a kindergarten reading specialist for Anderson Community Schools and has been a teacher with ACSC since 2000. She loves all art forms including dance and is the former Vice President for Anderson Young Ballet Theatre, Inc. She also co-chaired the Paramount Theatre's Dancing Like the Stars Events. Sonia loves community engagement, volunteering and the Arts. |
Evan Williams, Vice President
Evan teaches journalism and design to middle school students. He leads students in creating the yearbook, newspaper and weekly broadcasts, which allows him to stay in touch with his creativity. He's in charge of A Town's social media and graphic design, and has also taught classes for A Town. It's because of this great organization that he finally considers himself an artist. |
Kim Rogers-Hatfield, Treasurer
Kim is a lifelong native of Madison County, a graduate of Highland High School and Anderson University. She is a founding member of the White River Watchers. Kim is Vice President of Engagement with United Way of Madison County directing volunteer projects including the RSVP (55 and older) volunteer program, Madison County County Organizations Active in Disaster and Operation Weatherization. She served as tree commissioner for the city of Anderson for nine years and is a trained Master Gardener through the Purdue Extension Master Gardener program. Kim resides in Anderson with her husband, Steve. |
Levi Rinker, Artistic Director/Ad Hoc
His passions are photography, sculpture, poetry, and travel! After collecting 26 stamps abroad, Levi returned home to Indiana and started working on community engagement projects through the arts as well as working for Anderson city government to better my community. From Walking Man sculptures and disc golf courses, to bike trails and artist studio spaces at A Town Center, he'll gladly work with anyone wanting to be a catalyst of change and increase the quality of life. |
Michele Hockwalt, Board Member
Michele works in marketing for Community Health Network and was born and raised in Madison County. She and her husband Jason live in Anderson with their two sons, Sam and Ben. She graduated from Ball State with a BS in History and Political Science and from Anderson University with an MBA. She has served as a volunteer or member of a variety of local organizations, including Anderson Symphony Orchestra, Tri Kappa, Madison County Community Foundation, YWCA of Central Indiana, Exchange Club, Madison County Historical Society, Habitat for Humanity, and the City of Anderson. |
