Yorgo Douramacos is a restlessly creative photographer and videographer. His natural bent is toward landscape photography but he is actively trying to expand into portrait and fine art work. Kathy started and ended her formal education in Anderson, starting in kindergarten at Park Place Elementary and graduated from Anderson University. Throughout middle school, as well as college, she studied art -- getting her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from AU. For the last 6 years, she has been busy revving up her art business after a 20 year career with Mary Kay Cosmetics. As empty nesters, she and her husband of 35 years, moved to Anderson 5 years ago. Previously realistic painter, collage artist, art book maker, journal maker, Kathy now focuses on abstract art in paint, paper and found objects.

Tabitha Fletcher
Former Resident

I am Tabitha Fletcher. My "About Me" box is rather unbordered. I am the wife of a dreamer, and the mother of two who teach me daily the depth of life, love, and the pursuit of wisdom. In the beautiful whirlwind that is my life, I have been immersed in the world of martial arts, nonprofits, home school, writing and (my happy place) paint and paper (or any surface available).

Caryn Gorman
Former Resident

I create with what I have. I see potential in everything. I am a collector. I am an observer. I admire and respect our Natural World. I am perplexed by humanity. I crave to learn. I am inspired by simplicity. I am always changing. My creations are a reflection of these things.

Phillip George
Former Resident

I grew up in the spacious midwest with a great curiosity for the life and systems around me. This curiosity eventually took me to the other side of the country and on a journey to explore as much as I could in the brief time I have been alive. Now that I'm back in Madison County, that exploration continues here. Opportunity for creating is always present, and I believe that what we create should be a response to how we feel and think about the world around us. My work is not sophisticated, and I am not concerned about pleasing a particular group of people or making things that sell. Rather, I want to share my feelings in a genuine way that invites others to feel and enjoy themselves in my work.

Miranda Byrd
Former Resident

I am a passionate, art-filled, nature-appreciating, rock-collecting, music(al)-loving, existential-questioning, book-reading, human rights-fighting, person ready to burst at the seams with love, laughter, and a bit of sass.  Art has always been a big part of my life; whether that be in the form of poetry, painting, drawing, singing, pottery, or resin. I always strive to learn more about different techniques, styles, art medias, etc.

Pip Southwick
Former Resident

Fueled by coffee and a desire to create, Southwick Pottery offers a nice catalog of functional pieces such as teapots, sugar bowls, honey pots and butter dishes along with plates and bowls.

You may have seen Southwick Pottery in local coffee shops, boutiques, and breweries around Indiana or at festivals around the surrounding states.

Sabrina Radcliffe
Former Resident

Art has always been part of my life. And has given me a sense of fulfilment and expression that I can share with others. Whether it's visual or auditory I find joy in sharing my story.
